If the packet is marked ITAR, EAR, USML, or you are unsure whether it is restricted, do not upload it. Commercial packets only.
Prime / government solicitation language
FAR/DFARS, RFP/RFI, DoD primes, sam.gov flow-downs — out of scope. Walk those inside your own process.
Packets that ask us to talk to the customer
You keep the customer. We never call or email the buyer. If the packet requires that, we refuse it.
Empty or unreadable files
No text, corrupted PDF, or pure binary noise — rejected. Paste the email or use a text PDF / CSV when you can.
