We can machine the bracket on a normal lead, but two items block a clean commit to your 3-week need-by:

1) Finish / anodize is not called out on the print — please send type and color (or “machine finish”).
2) The 1/4-20 shoulder screws are showing ~8 weeks. Can you CFE them, approve an alternate, or move the ship date?
